Health Symphony offers Usual and Customary Reports to appeal "usual and customary reduction" denials for consumers and for physicians and medical offices to review their pricing structure to make sure they are receiving peak reimbursement.  The Usual and Customary Reports includes the most commonly billed pricing of physicians in that region and Medicare's RBRVS fee schedule.  With these two pieces of information, you can determine whether your charge is within the range of what other physicians bill for the same procedure and whether your health plan paid appropriately.
